ECOLOGY & ECONOMICS OF PROJECTS
Ecology of the project
- The Pirotex and Pirotex NG technologies use the principle of low-temperature depolymerization, where the actual pyrolysis process takes place in a closed nitrogen atmosphere, avoiding the release of any gases into the air.
- Thermal depolymerization represents a major alternative to landfilling of non-recyclable plastics and tyres.
- It is also a highly efficient way of disposing of existing environmental burdens.
Project economics
- The return on investment of thermal depolymerization projects depends on the conditions of the inputs (materials to be processed) and the conditions of sale of the output material.
- These conditions determine a typical payback period of 3-4 years.
- Based on our experience, we are ready to help you assess and set the basic parameters of the business plan in order to select the optimal model.
Complementary hydrogen generation and complex W2E/W2H projects
- Based on the accelerating interest in alternative energy sources, we have added the possibility of using the generated electricity to generate hydrogen (H2), which is in demand as an emission-free alternative for transport and energy.
- With the experience gained, Technokomplex Czech's team of experts is ready to offer a comprehensive offer of securing projects for the generation of electricity (W2E) or hydrogen (W2H) from carbon waste (typically plastics and tyres).
